Beauty Banking Terms and Agreements

​Welcome to the Beauty Banking program at Georgia Aesthetics! By enrolling in a Beauty Banking account, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before participating.

1. Purpose of Beauty Banking

The Beauty Banking program allows clients ("Client" or "you") to save a fixed monthly amount toward any treatment or service offered by Georgia Aesthetics ("Provider," "we," or "us"). Funds accumulated in your Beauty Banking account are exclusively for use on services or treatments at Georgia Aesthetics.

2. Monthly Savings Plan

Upon enrollment, you select one of the following monthly savings plans:

• $100 per month

• $150 per month

• $200 per month

The selected amount will be automatically drafted from your designated credit card as outlined in Section 3.

3. Credit Card Authorization

By enrolling in Beauty Banking, you authorize Georgia Aesthetics to charge your selected monthly amount ($100, $150, or $200) to the credit card provided during enrollment. The charge will occur on the same day each month, beginning on the date of your enrollment, until you terminate your participation in writing.

You agree to:

• Provide valid and current credit card information.

• Notify Georgia Aesthetics of any changes to your credit card (e.g., new card number, expiration date) at least 10 business days before the next scheduled draft.

• Ensure sufficient funds are available for each draft.

If a charge is declined, we may attempt to reprocess the payment up to two additional times. A $25 returned payment fee may be applied for declined transactions, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Use of Funds

Funds in your Beauty Banking account may be applied toward any treatment or service offered by Georgia Aesthetics. Funds must be used within 1 year of your account opening date. Any unused balance after this 1-year period will be forfeited, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Funds are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.

In the event Georgia Aesthetics ceases operations, any unused balance will be handled in accordance with applicable state regulations.

5. Termination

You may terminate your Beauty Banking account at any time by providing written notice to Georgia Aesthetics via email info@georgia-aesthetics.com or mail 1124 N. Tennessee Street, Suite 101 Cartersville, GA 30120. Termination will take effect after the current billing cycle, and no further drafts will occur. Unused funds remain available for use on treatments or services, subject to the 1-year usage requirement.

Georgia Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate your Beauty Banking account with 30 days’ written notice to you.

6. Fees and Charges

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each monthly draft. In addition to the returned payment fee mentioned in Section 3, you agree to cover any reasonable costs incurred by Georgia Aesthetics due to payment disputes or chargebacks, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Client Acknowledgments

By participating in Beauty Banking, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understand this Agreement.

• You authorize Georgia Aesthetics to draft the selected monthly amount from your designated credit card.

• Funds are for use solely at Georgia Aesthetics and must be used within 1 year of account opening.

• This Agreement does not guarantee the availability of specific treatments or services, which are subject to scheduling and Provider discretion.​

8. Privacy and Security

Georgia Aesthetics will handle your credit card and personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Bartow, Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

Georgia Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued participation in Beauty Banking after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
